Face yoga is a series of isometric facial exercises that work by stimulating facial muscles, toning the skin and reducing signs of ageing. By strengthening the muscles and engaging them in resistance training, you can help your body increase circulation to the skin and support bone structure. Combined with mindful breathing, acupressure point therapy and specialized face massage techniques - face yoga brings a sense of wellbeing to the body and over time with consistent practice will keep the face looking more toned and vibrant.
