Contact forms

We keep contact form submissions for 6 Months for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes. However, if you submit a contact form you may be asked if you’d like to opt-in for email marketing such as newsletters, offers, and service updates.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we have your consent to contact you by email with relevant communications about our products and services, such as newsletters, surveys, and promotions.  We do this to personalize the services we offer you, to help inform and improve the relevance of our online advertising.

We never share this data.  We follow good security practices (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) in the processing, storage and disclosure of information that you have given us. We monitor your information where practical to do so to check that it is accurate and up to date.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have submitted a form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
