is an ancient Chinese healing technique & facial treatment that involves massaging with a small gemstone over the skin in upward & outward strokes. Gua Sha relaxes tension in facial muscles which can cause lines & wrinkles. With regular use, Gua Sha can tone and promote increased skin elasticity.

In this era of social distancing and possibly being starved of touch it’s a good time to focus on self-care & face massage...with clean hands of course 😉. Touch releases oxytocin and reduces stress levels, and it can help keep our immune system strong by boosting circulation as-well as helping keep our face lifted & when we look good we feel good right?! Combined with mindful breathing, acupressure point therapy and specialized face massage techniques - face yoga brings a sense of wellbeing to the body and over time with consistent practice will keep the face looking more toned and vibrant.
